Shipping & Delivery
Currently, all orders are shipped through Australia Post. Orders can only be accepted for delivery within Australia.
Estimated Delivery Times:
Standard delivery time after picking and packing should be between 3- 5 working days. When trying to work out the expected arrival date for your order, please add 1 business day for processing of the order to the estimated shipping time.
Deliveries are processed and sent Monday through Friday only (unless a public holiday)
PLEASE NOTE: Western Australia, rural and some residential areas may require additional delivery time.
Orders received by us before 12.00noon AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) are normally shipped the next business day. Once processed you will receive a confirmation email with order details including product(s) ordered, delivery address, contact details and order reference.
Please note that a very small number of orders may require extra processing time for various reasons. If you have ordered an item that is out-of-stock or on back order, we will attempt to contact you immediately.
We accept Visa and Master Card payments through our website. Our checkout pages are securely served and encrypted using SSL. Credit Cards are verified in real time via the National Australia Bank.
The name that will appear on your statement will be ECL Mobil.
If you're not 100% completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily accept your return and provide you with a replacement, or a full refund to the value of the product's purchase price. With our return policy there are no special catches or exceptions, it's extremely simple! All we ask is that you send the item back to us unused and in the original packaging, making sure that the product is in the same condition as you received it.
- You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- Products must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

- Please contact us by email at [email protected] and include details stating the purchaser's name, address, e-mail address and order number if known. Please await our approval before returning.
- When the return has been approved, using a good carton, return the product(s) via insured Courier Post Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice to:
