About NALCOOL N05 Heavy Duty Long Life Ethylene Glycol Premix Coolant
N05 Diesel Engine Coolant is a low silicate, phosphate-free and amine-free, fully formulated, hybrid organic technology, automotive and heavy-duty diesel engine premixed coolant.
This product does not require a charge of Supplemental Coolant Additive (SCA) during the initial fill. The product was designed for use in both automotive and heavy-duty diesel applications and is compatible with heat rejecting aluminum surfaces.
Long Life, Hybrid Organic Technology – 1,000,000km 4 years or 12,000 hours prior to first SCA requirement in a heavy-duty diesel application.
No initial charge of supplementary coolant additive (SCA) required.
(Not required to meet ASTM D6210).
Universal use – meets or exceeds standard industry requirements for automotive and heavy-duty diesel applications for a fully formulated anti-freeze anti-boil premix coolant.
Product is compatible with other engine coolants; although to get best performance (regarding issues such as long life and time between SCA addition), it is best to flush the old coolant and replace with Nalcool N05 premix or Nalcool NF48C concentrate at a 50% blend.

About NALCOOL PG Extended Life Heavy Duty Coolant
PG Extended Life Heavy Duty Coolant is a blue coloured, superior, fully formulated Hybrid technology propylene glycol based premixed engine coolant based on Nalcool 824 technology. This Hybrid technology coolant has the advantage of being more robust than both conventional and organic acid technology (OAT) engine coolants. This low silicate, phosphate and amine free product is recommended for use in automotive (aluminium compatible), light duty and heavy-duty diesel applications namely on-road truck, off-road mining, farm and marine. It provides excellent high temperature aluminium protection.

PG does not require an initial charge of supplemental coolant additives (SCAs) upon initial fill in heavy duty diesel applications as the product is specially formulated to protect heavy duty diesel wet sleeve liners and is compatible with heat rejecting aluminum surfaces.

- Extended life – no requirement for SCA or coolant extender for up to 4 years, 12,000 hours or 1,000,000 km whichever comes first? Always follow OEM guidelines regarding coolant system maintenance.
